Lastly, lawyer Pisani assists clients – defendants, injured parties, civil liabilities or for offenses dependent on a crime pursuant to Legislative Decree 2001 no. 231 – in criminal proceedings in which violations were committed during management and corporate activities such as, by way of example, counterfeiting of trademarks and patents, revealing scientific and industrial secrets, bankruptcy-related crimes and economic and property crimes.
