Paola Pisani

Lawyer

I graduated in Law at the “Alma Mater Studiorum” Bologna University in May 1994, and became a qualified professional at the Court of Appeal of Venice in November 1997. I have been registered with the Treviso Bar Association since 1998 as well as the special bar for patronage before higher courts.

During the three-year period 1997-2001, I was the Vice Honorary Magistrate at the Court of Venice – Fraud section, acquiring valuable interdisciplinary experience, particularly in civil law.

During these twenty years of profession I also trained, through various specialisation courses, in national and international Family Law and in 2017 in collaborative practice as well, according to the standard methods established by the IACP Association – International Academy of Collaborative Professionals; I am continuously seeking professional development of its non-contentious dispute resolution method through participation in updating events organized by the Italian Association of Collaborative Professionals (AIADC).
I am also a founding member and treasurer of the APF Association – Lawyers for individuals and families, and a member of the aforementioned association’s website’s editing board which deals with bio-law, bioethics and human rights.
As of 2016, I am also a voluntary Tutor, trained according to the criteria and parameters of the Veneto Regional Guarantor for Rights for Persons, with the precise objective of guaranteeing protection and legal representation of minors whose rights cannot be exercised by the parents.

Over the years I have also acquired qualified knowledge, experience and expertise in Corporate Law and in Food and Wine Law; I dedicate considerable time to these branches of law with regard to updating and an ever-increasing preparation through specialization courses.

With regard to wine-sector law, I have been studying for several months now in order to become a qualified sommelier; a practical and qualifying experience with the aim of understanding in depth the fascinating world that revolves around wine.

I love photography and wandering around the world.

Giusi Punzi

Lawyer

I graduated in Law at the Libera Università degli Studi “Carlo Bo” in Urbino; I obtained the license to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Venice in 2005. I am a member of the Treviso Bar Association.

I have been collaborating with the Pisani Law Firm since 2002 where, over the years, I have developed significant and consolidated preparation and experience in civil law. I deal with, amidst growing enthusiasm, managing judicial and extrajudicial litigation in the following disciplines: Labour Law, social security law and occupational diseases, family law, inheritance and contract law.

Since 2002 I am constantly updating the field by attending Higher Education and Specialization in Family Law courses (up until 2016 as an AIAF member and currently as a founding member of APF – Association for People and Families) and labour law.

I refined my skills in labour law and in litigation, particularly with regard to the subject of dismissals of individuals, mobbing in the workplace and the protection of rights of workers affected by occupational diseases.

Between 2012 and 2015 I was the trial substitute for INPS (Social Security) litigation and from 2016 Tutor for the Guarantor Authority for the Veneto Rights for Persons, dealing with protection for abandoned or struggling minors or unaccompanied foreign minors on appointment by the Juvenile Court and the Tutelary Judge.

The protection of human rights is both my profession and my passion, while orienting my knowledge and training also in the field of issues relating to bio-law. Within this sector, I am a member of the editorial board of the APF Association – Lawyers for people and families website.

I am also a member of the disciplinary commission of the IC3 in Treviso. Professional updating, practicality and direct and immediate contact with the client represent the winning feature in the management of the issues dealt with by the firm.

I am a classical music lover and I play the violin.
